EGYC Holiday Camps

Each Easter and Summer Holiday we host a fun filled action packed camp for Children under 15 years.

We hope to add a Christmas Holiday camp too in the future once we gain more volunteers.

Easter Camp is usually held in the month of April and runs for approx 2 weeks.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As always, camps require full payment at the time of registration and are non-refundable, except in the cases of mitigating circumstances. Any cancellation requests made 2 weeks before the start of camp or earlier will be refunded in the form of an EGYC Camp credit. This can be used for a place on a future camp. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of camp will not receive a refund or credit.

Please understand that our camps do fill up quickly. Last-minute cancellations not only keep other children from enjoying our camps, but also put a strain on the planning and organising which our team does with each child's individual needs in mind. Thank you for your understanding. If your child is unable to attend camp, please consider converting all or part of your fees into a donation to EGYC or towards a scholarship to assist families in need.
